Some of the rooms face the courtyard or Nepokorennyh Avenue. One and two-room Apartment with a view of Nepokorennykh prospekt have a balcony. If you need a room with a balcony guaranteed, you can choose this option at the stage of purchasing additional services after selecting the room and dates of the stay.

Brand new rooms have fresh renovation, modern design and all amenities, e.g. kitchenette with microwave and extractor hood, tea set, mini-refrigerator, safe, huge plasma TV, separate work space. The room has excellent sound insulation.

It is possible to accommodate a third person on a folding sofa.
